Spencer Morgan.... quite simply the best. We paid out third visit to this family-run business to-day, and once again we we were met with their usual down to earth charm and friendliness. They certainly know how to provide a first class customer experience - warmth, attention to detail, courtesy ..... and your rings are cleaned and polished free of charge while you are discussing your requirements ! Dazzling diamonds at unbeatable prices - it really doesn't get any better than this. Top marks in every respect.

What an amazing service, a warm friendly and highly professional Jewellers. My husband bought my engagement ring over 10 years ago in New York, I noticed a few weeks ago that my diamond was not as sparkly as it used to be, on closer investigation we discovered the stone was cracked inside. After going to the big high street Jewellers we where told to try Spencer Morgan, we went to his shop that afternoon. After meeting Spencer and showing him my ring we knew instantly that he was the man to trust with my precious ring, he has a wealth of knowledge and a genuine care for his work and your jewellery and comes across in such a sincere way, this kind of service is rare and hard to find, especially with an item of such strong sentimental value. We where shown an assortment of diamonds and I actually was able to choose the stone I wanted. When I went to collect my ring after the stone had been replaced I couldn't believe it, it looked brand knew, they had strengthened the claws and cleaned it, it looked like it did ten years ago. I am so grateful to spencer and the staff at Spencer Morgan for making the process of having my ring repaired so simple. I highly recommend this business! Thank you Spencer! x

Absolutely super service -can't count the number of times my rings have been cleaned, repaired ( I'm careless!) - free of charge, My beautiful sapphire & diamond wedding earrings came fromSpencer Morgan, as did our wedding rings, my gorgeous diamond solitaire a few years later, presents for friends etc.. I definitely wouldn't shop anywhere else and know I must call in soon to have my solitaire checked . When I was in business and too busy to go into Swansea , earrings I wanted were delivered. A real caring family run business .

My husband bought my engagement ring from Spencer Morgan after looking everywhere for the perfect ring which he eventually found with Spencer Morgan and the helpful staff there. After three years in which I never take my ring off the claws began to become loose and sharp. Took it back to the shop and the friendliest and most helpful staff not only fixed it and polished both my rings with no charge but said if anytime in the future I wanted them to have a check over and polish they will gladly do it for me. Very grateful for the aftercare three years later!

After going to Spencer Morgan for the first time I wouldn't now go anywhere else. Mr Morgan and his staff are polite helpful and informative. The quality of the rings I was shown were carefully explained and I felt able to make an informed choice. Quality and best value for money. I was also provided with a valuation certificate for insurances purposes. I will definitely go back?

I have bought jewellery from this store for over 20 years and I would never go anywhere else . It is a family run store and they treat you as if you are the only person who matters . They advise you on the quality and clarity of the stones . And their aftercare is second to none . I can buy with confidence from then and have always found the owners and staff excellent .

I visited this shop today to ask for some advice regarding some rings. I came from there in tears!!! The owner was so rude about my engagement ring. This ring I've had for over 14 yrs and means more to me than anything. I'd gone in to have the ring made smaller not a run down on how bad the quality of it was!!! The shop isn't very big and I stood there in front of two lady's who worked there and other customers listening to him slag my ring off!!! I was so ashamed!!!!I do hope they read this as I was so upset and I will never put my foot in that shop again!
Manners doesn't cost anything!!!
