The service you provide is exceptional. To pick your forever ring & then to be able to have the ring on your finger, the same day. There is nothing that compares to the personalisation and attention to detail you give. I can not thank you enough for going the extra mile to make sure you had a satisfied and happy customer. Not many businesses do that. Your family run store is such a happy place to frequent, and you have a forever customer in me! It's Refreshing to know there is still excellent customer service alive and available. Referrals are the best businesses and I will certainly give you mine.
