I visited this shop today to ask for some advice regarding some rings. I came from there in tears!!! The owner was so rude about my engagement ring. This ring I've had for over 14 yrs and means more to me than anything. I'd gone in to have the ring made smaller not a run down on how bad the quality of it was!!! The shop isn't very big and I stood there in front of two lady's who worked there and other customers listening to him slag my ring off!!! I was so ashamed!!!!I do hope they read this as I was so upset and I will never put my foot in that shop again! Manners doesn't cost anything!!!
