Been using Call Catchers for over 8 years for my secondary business, as I'm employed and can't take calls during office hours. Always had excellent feedback from my clients about how helpful my receptionist is, and Kelly and Marcelle are always available when I need to update them with anything. Excellent service that allows me to run my business efficiently. 25-01-17

Call Catchers www.call-catchers.co.uk stole our money. They offered us a free trial of their services. This went well until Marcelle who we deal with then suggested a package for us which would handle our high call volume. 480 Pounds. We paid this straight away.

However about 4 or 5 days later we started getting complaints that calls were not being answered and none of our staff were receiving their messages. When I approached her she refused to speak with me, ignoring my calls.

A month later and I am still trying to get our money back. She is apparently now not in the office and has had an operation, I do not believe this. I asked if she was still getting emails and they said yes. I have emailed demanding a refund and I never even get an email back.

I would avoid using Call Catchers at all costs, if you want my advice go somewhere else.
