Call Catchers www.call-catchers.co.uk stole our money. They offered us a free trial of their services. This went well until Marcelle who we deal with then suggested a package for us which would handle our high call volume. 480 Pounds. We paid this straight away. However about 4 or 5 days later we started getting complaints that calls were not being answered and none of our staff were receiving their messages. When I approached her she refused to speak with me, ignoring my calls. A month later and I am still trying to get our money back. She is apparently now not in the office and has had an operation, I do not believe this. I asked if she was still getting emails and they said yes. I have emailed demanding a refund and I never even get an email back. I would avoid using Call Catchers at all costs, if you want my advice go somewhere else. Uk Business Enterprise
