i am disabled took my iPhone there to change the USB port, he said 20 put 25 then he changed my battery an extra 20 then he lost all my numbers and photos, etc my has been locked for nearly a week and he said he would collect it and replace it hes has not,im taking court action

Don’t use this shop, had a minor repair done to an iPad here when I got it back the screen was damaged, took it back to be told I had done it and they refused to fix it got called a liar by staff absolutely disgusted. It will cost £160 to get it fixed. Please don’t use this place if you want your kit to work they are total scam artists and hound be shut down.

Diabolical!!!! Took my granddaughters phone in to be unlocked they happily took £20 of her bday money told us to return in 4 hrs, we went back and they gave us the phone and said they'll ring us with a code to put in then phone would be open. Eventually after me calling repeatedly they gave a code which didn't work. We had to then go back to shop only to be told that we'd be sent another code when no news off them I rang again to be told the same code had been sent. So after 4 days of ringing n going to shop I asked for refund to be told NO refund until THEY get money off Tesco!!! And that's were we stand now. Never use these conmen!!!!!

My ipod touch screen smashed, after i droped it, i went to best sellers to get it fixed, it was £60 of course, but i thiught i was worth it because it hasnt smashed again, and i also got a cover from there because i was scared of me dropping it again, the phone case is very creative and it has saved my ipods life a million times, because i am very clumsy and often drop my ipod, i know some of you have had bad impressions but maybe it was a misstake, they try their best. Thanks. Xx

I bought Bluetooth speakers from here 3 days ago, I got them home & they didn't work. I've just taken them back bit they refused to exchange them as I didn't have the box. I argued they were faulty & having the box made no difference & suggested when more come in use another box!! They have changed the speakers now & I m going home to try them, if they don't work look out Bestsellers I'm coming back, after using social media & trading standards of course!

I wish we had read these reviews before taking in an iPhone 5s in to have the screen repaired. The new screen didn't fit properly and the proximity sensor wasn't working after they replaced the screen. They then tried to tell us that it was nothing to do with them and they wanted another £50 to fix it. When we took the phone apart somewhere else it was an easy fix and the problems where just down to these guys not having clue what they are doing. With all the bad reviews this company should be shut down!

Not really worthy of 1 star.
They charge £35 to unlock an iPhone and when they haven't succeeded after a month, they will not refund.
Read T&C's carefully.
Carrier much cheaper I.e. £8.99 and delivered in just over 3 days.
Dreadful customer service and appalling attitude.

DO NOT GO HERE. I had the exact same issue as the previous review, same phone too.. Took phone for replacement screen (£110), they used a cheap, not fit for purpose, new screen and failed to attach it properly, less than a week later the screen cracked when the outside came lose during normal use. It was clear that the poor job and materials used were the cause of the break.
The manager accused me of dropping it or putting too much pressure on it which was not the case, the extra security glass on the front was undamaged which proves this. They wanted another £100 to fix the problem that they caused.
There was another couple experiencing a similar issue in front of me in the queue and they were also told it was their fault.

UTTERLY APPALLING!!
I Made the dreadful mistake of taking my Sony Xperia to these muppets to have the cracked screen repaired.
All seemed well at first, but after only two days, a crack appeared and then several more spawned from the new crack. After three days, the touch screen display also stopped working.
I took the phone straight back to them and guess what? They basically accused me of causing the damage and didnt want to know!!
SERIOUSLY. DO NOT USE BEST SELLERS!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

We're taking my old iPhone 4 apart, and we just found out the last time it was repaired the people didn't put 3 screws in so they knew we would come back again and they would make more money. And those 3 screws hold the right hand side of the screen in. Was disappointed to find out that they kept back those three screws which is now cost us more money to fix it ourselves.

Would not recommend buying any iPhone/iPad charger off them as they only work after using twice and was told I can't have a refund as it been over a month even though the chargers do not work, also disgusting attitude off a member of staff that works there ...I will never buy from here again and they shouldn't be allowed to sell chargers that will only last after using twice!!! Also They are not even worth the one star!!!!

like others have said stay away they rip you off then argue with you will not put right what they have done wrong yet still take ur money. i have reported them to trading standards if everybody does the same get these money grabbing arrogant lairs off our high street make way for some decent honest stores that wont rip you off and make you out to be a lier. STAY AWAY DO NOT USE.

Best Sellers?? Should change it to 'biggest scammer swansea'
Not worth putting in any star. They said 3 months warranty on my laptop charger, but went back after 2 days for a fault, but then said that warranty cannot be accepted, and accusing me for deliberately breaking the charger, assuming that their product should never fail. Even a GENUINE DISTRIBUTOR cannot guarantee.
I guess they do not understand the term 'warranty' is, but say it has warranty.
That arrogant bald headed idiot must have enjoyed ripping off other people's money.
What a way to do business!
Service wise, others can do it for cheaper.
NOT RECOMMENDED. STAY AWAY!

They lie to foreign students from swansea university and when the students found out and wanted to get phone back they set a password on the mobile so as to ruin it. It should be noticed that all the 3 stores dealing with mobile unlocking are of the same owner (including the one in the swansea market) and engineers SO NEVER TRY ANOTHER ONE AFTER NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS ONE'S PRICE. THEY WILL DESTORY YOUR PHONE AFTER TAKING IT IN STORE IN THIS CASE LIKE MAFIA. WE ARE COLLECTING VICTIMS INFORMATION TO SUE THEM.
