I wouldn't even give them 1 star given the chance. Absolutely disgusted by the attitude of one of the 'staff' or is she the 'owner' not sure what she was but I certainly won't be entering the shop again. She barely had the decency to look up at me while I approached the counter. She just continued to attache her hairpieces she was plucking from strands which were messily strewn across the counter. This woman desperately needs some urgent training in 'Customer Service'.urge you ' Stay well away from this shop! Or enter at your own risk!
In complete contrast I would recommend you go to 'Hair & More'

You can be assured that your custom will be welcomed and truly appreciated by the very pleasant and helpful owner and staff. She /they really value their customers. Also many identical products sold by 'the other' place ' are cheaper at 'Hair & Mo. A win win situation for everyone. Its Hair & More for me everytime for me from now on!

Had a lovely swedish massage today, so relaxing, highly recommended and Rosie makes you feel so welcome. Will definately be going there again, looking forward to the next one X
