The girl doing my nails was totally disinterested to the point of being rude, she kept looking around and talking to others with a complete lack of concentration on what she was doing. I complained my nail was wonky but she said this was due to the shape of the nail bed. My natural nails grow perfectly straight. My right thumb is now hurting because the gel nail is too big for the nail bed. In fact I look as though I have cheap false nails I've stuck on myself. Never again. Waste of £40.
