I Been there first time so ever sorry to say that not a good experience of having meal up there just for a wrap they took at least 40 minutes to serve i was amazed of this crap sort of customer service in a fast food chain . The owner behave was not good either definitely not going back there.

Excuse I have no clue as to what your on about because I also went to the new chicken cottage on opening day and I mean wow yeah it was busy but hey what would you expect half price all day of course people would take up the opportunity an to be quite frank considering the rush I was quite amazed at how staff handled it so don't go bad mouthing saying you had to wait an hour for a burger as you could've easily gone and paid full price elsewere any way rant over good food, nice clean place, looks pretty great to me definitely a regular for me. Highly recommended guys.
