Went in for a new pair of rugby boots after mine had worn out. Was asked by a member of staff if I needed help and he found it no trouble in producing several pairs of boots for me to try. Once I found the pair I wanted I paid for them. There was no pushiness to buy other things but was asked if I wanted anything else. Very helpful and patient and have plenty of choice, all good brands. Recommended
