They offer a wide range of products, from pills to whole grains. It is the only shop in Swansea where I can find certain ingredients which are really interesting to have in a Macrobiotic diet, such as Organic Sesame Oil, Tamari sauce, Hatcho miso, Tempeh and Organic Apple Juice Concentrate (that I can remember from the top of my head). The staff are always willing to help. Also, they have a system of rewarding you with a coupon every time you spend over 10 pounds (so, after collecting 10 coupons, you get a discount).

This is a well stocked health shop. Sometimes a little on the pricey side and the first couple of times I entered, I did feel a little self -conscious. However, I would recommend this shop and the staff as once you begin to talk, they are friendly and informative and I think it is just an initial problem that does improve as you visit more regularly. Do not underestimate this shop. It has been around for decades for a reason and you would be losing out if you did not use.

I have only been here a few times, the last being around the end of January and on those occasions i found it to be stocked with a quality range of products that the staff seemed to know everything about. Not to slate Holland and Barrett but this place here know what they are talking about and they take great care to make sure the required specifics of a personal problem are met and tackled. I am so grateful for the help and the Organic Turmeric i am using is helping so much, so if you are reading this, thank you, thank you, thank you.
One thing is for certain, it wasn't messy, quite the contrary sir.
I also found out that they recently got 100% with Mary queen of shops. Thoroughly deserved.
