I have just walked into the Optic shop wanting to purchase some ray ban glasses, I was finally acknowledged by a very rude older lady who I have encountered before, I was greeted by a very rude look and when I asked if could order some glasses, she replied with a very blunt "and what glasses are they?" And told her they were in the catalogue and that she had gone through it with me before, all I got from her after this was " well I'm busy at the moment so you'll have to go and sit and wait ill get the book when I have time" I have never met somebody so rude in all my years in retail and would never speak to customers the way I was in this store today. There was no customer service and I will definately not be purchasing these glasses from them.
