In answer to emmadollface 13.11.14. the shop has been trading since 1901 and all the staff members have been here for over 10 years each. No member of staff is trained to judge any one customer on their dress or accessories code. Our training is of a high standard, and our customer service is second to none. If you felt that ANY member of staff was being RUDE, AROGANT or IGNORANT this should have been noted directly to the manager. We deal with a number of manufacturers and each one has its own design and fitting if you felt uncomfortable then a no should have been sufficient. Writing this review perhaps you should have left the puchase until you felt able to continue with a correct fitting.
