Purchased a new Fujfilm SL 1000 from here last year. I found the staff very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the cameras I wanted to chose from and I have been very happy with my choice. I have now found the need to obtain a second hand camera and bought a Sony A200 last week. The lens became faulty and I returned to the shop for a replacement. There was no quibble, the lens was replaced with no fuss or bother. The staff were excellent. I originally bought local expecting a service, should anything go wrong. It did go wrong and, boy, am I glad I used Swansea Camera Centre. I cannot praise them highly enough.
