We booked a return taxi from Bridgend to Swansea for a night out on Halloween, which I understand can be a busy night. The taxi company was 45 minutes late and didn't even offer an apology for their error. I tried ringing the company to re-negogiate a price based on their error, to me met by a man with a sarcastic, slap-stick sense of humour which wasn't very helpful under the circumstances. He told me they were so busy they had contracted out to other companies for mini-buses. Something I would have no problem with if they were on time. They clearly, grossly overbooked services for the night, it became clear over the phone there aim was not for customer service/satisfaction, but to make as much money as possible, without a care of the consequence. I spent 5 minutes on the phone trying to find a resolution both the company and myself were happy with. The staff member had no interest in this, explained they were to busy tonight and hung up. I would recommend using an alternative company
