Shockingly bad service. A terrible job done by fitters putting new lino in my mother's kitchen, assessor/inspector out to inspect it three times even admitting it was a terrible job and needed re-doing but resoundly ignored by the manager, Kevin, who was nothing but rude and then went on to say that the house had damp and point blank refused to do anything.
