My birthday was in July and my husband wanted to treat me to a good pair of binoculars as I am a 'twitcher'. He did his research and identified the Camera Centre as the best place to buy my binoculars. The service we experienced was excellent. David was informative, helpful, professional and not at all pushy. He walked us through the various binoculars and taught us a few things about the physics of optics! We left the shop to discuss our purchase and then returned 15 minutes later to buy them as we were satisfied we had received sound advice. I only hope these wonderful small shops remain prevalent in Swansea and there is not a further degradation of small businesses. You have to walk to this shop but that is about the only disadvantage for some everything else places it leagues ahead.
