When myself and the family visited today the enclosures were all newly cleaned out, shelves stocked plenty full and even evidence they look after and feed their live food!!! How many other stores can say that?? Staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. we are happy with our new pet rat thanks guys look forward to seeing you soon :)
