DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a jacket from them in October 2013, the money immediately left my account and I didn't hear anything from them for a couple of weeks. I then spent hours of my time on the phone to them trying to arrange to get the jacket delivered. It eventually arrived in January (even though I was told a number of times in December that it had been dispatched and would be with me in a few days!) I agreed to keep the jacket when it did arrive as I was promised a 25% refund (£38) for all the messing around. I have not received this refund 6 months later even though I have persistently rang them every week. Wayne the manager is never there to speak to and the women who always answers the phone cannot deal with refunds. Each time I speak to her she promises me that Wayne will return my call and I will get the refund but I don't hold out much hope. I would never buy from this company again, I just wished I lived nearer so I could go in person to get my money back! They are all very polite and pleasant on the phone but don't be fooled by their promises like I have been!
