Save yourself time and money. Cooker delivered, faulty door, timer ,fan and would blow the electrics when switched on. 6 month guarantee worth nothing. Have been told he will exchange but I have to return the original item and take the replacement item myself but unable to do this anyway as there is not a replacement item available despite me waiting 2 weeks. He refuses to give a refund his actual words " she's not having a f***ing refund!" I will be visiting the shop AGAIN on Tuesday to give him one more opportunity to refund the item or its the small claims court. These people SHOULD NOT be allowed to trade!
