Took our car for a service at days plasmarl swansea car is only 1 year old 5,000 miles from new and they said theres an oil leak even though no fault came up on dash or signs of oil leaking so i asked kindly for my keys back so i can take it to another garage for a second opinion as they done an mot for us a few years back on another car and snapped a part and told us we had to pay £355 for the part they snapped as we chose to take it to them and it was our fault!! The man refused our keys back and told us they are keeping our car untill its repaired as its dangerous to drive? Kept us waiting 5 hours in total and said we need to sort a courtesy car which we did but they had 1 very small car available as it was closing time and we had to take that or go without! Now we have a pathetic small courtesy car and have been told they dont know how long ours will take on repair as the part needs to be deliverd from abroad and they have taken our bunch of keys including work home and car keys and refused to give them back foul company avoid!!
