Concerned! Ordered a Jack Wolfskin Jacket via online mail order. My credit card was charged and then I saw an error in the shipping address made by them. Its been 5 weeks and I have not received my order. I have contacted them twice with little success. I ordered from them before and service was good - but my last order experience is off putting to say the least. If I receive jacket I will update my review.
