Went to get new keys cut today but was refused service because I wasn’t wearing a mask. I showed the gentleman my asthma pumped and explained to him I was exempt and I was covered under the disability act 2010, discrimination act 2010 and equalitys act 2010. I explained to the gentleman I can show him on my phone the information which is on the on the government website but he refused and told me and that he wouldn’t serve me with out a mask so I had to leave. The gentleman in the shop needs to read up the right information and legislation, because what he done was against the Law. I went to D and A bar keys outside Llanelli market and had no issues . I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
