Came to collect my car and the man that sorted my air con had left with my keys in his pocket and was on his way to new port. Now I understand accidents happen but the receptionist was unable to say how long he was going to be. Heard a man say he only left 5 mins ago then the receptionist said I was busy with other work and he didn't say where he was. Well surely he could of been asked how far he had traveled. Instead I have hung around for an hour waiting. They did not manage the costumers expectations. If they were honest from the start and said he would be hour I could of come back. I was waiting with my 80 year old grandfather who is also disabled and on hot days like this to be sat in a small hot room is no good for his chest. Then to top it off when the man came back with the keys he gave my grandfather and myself abuse. Disgusting company will not be used again.
