I have been using ecig direct for about 3 and a half years. I have always from day one found the staff very friendly helpful and supportive to the point that I now consider the staff there my friends. They are always polite and well clued to all the latest vaping equipment. I have only ever used the vaping shop in swansea even when it was called smoking angel and it was my angel when I needed to give up smoking. Couldn't have succeeded without the help of my friends at ecig direct as they are now called. Both myself and my husband gave up at the same time and at I don't smoke.
