I received my so called leather headboard on the 12th Feb after I ordered it on the 10th Dec as a Christmas present. They could not get it to me for Dec so I agreed to wait until the beginning of Jan. The date arrive....No headboard. I had to contact them to find out there was a further delay of 3 weeks. I said fine. However the leather headboard I ordered turned out to be vinyl. I just wanted to pay for vinyl if that was the case. They kept offering me a refund but I did not want to have to pay to send the item back, which is what I would have had to do. My mother however wanted to keep it but so long as I didn't have to pay for a leather item when it was vinyl. They contacted their manufacturers who said it was thin leather bonded to fabric, and that it was cheap leather, and that was why it was the price that it was. I work with vinyls and leather and I know leather does not have air bubbles!. Now, because I snipped a tiny inconspicuous piece off to dissect the material they they are refusing to refund me. Even the back of the headboard has a leather stamp on it. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. The star rating I give is actually zero, only that option wasn't available. Do not buy from these people.
