Ordered flooring for lounge in November. Carpet fitter came to fit but didn't finish. Ordered more flooring for rest of downstairs and was told that carpet fitter would finish floor in lounge when fitting other flooring. However flooring for rest of house never arrived even though owner kept saying it will be here tomorrow. On one occasion comedy style carpet fitters turned up with out flooring and I was told they would return the next day and four months on I am still waiting.
