TYLER JENKINS JEWELLERY STORE I was in Swansea today(Sunday 25th Sept 12.30pm) hoping to purchase a gift from this store for my sister who loves their jewellery. As I got closer to the store the window shutters were down and but the door shutters open. As I got closer I could see 3 people in there and a dog. The sign on the door displayed 'open'. I decided to look in the window, saw what I wanted and attempted to open the door. It was locked ( I assumed maybe because the dog was there?) One of the people who were in the shop then walked towards the door, looked straight at me and promptly turned the sign to display closed!!! I was gobsmacked...could you not have opened the door to at least apologise for the wrongly displayed sign. I'm really disappointed at the attitude of the three individuals...which left me feeling a bit stupid!! It's such a shame as I buy my nomination charms from there since no one else in Swansea stocks them! I'm going to buy online from now on and they've also lost a £35 sale today ( but I don't suppose they care!)
