This organisation is part of the Myhermes courier collection drop off service, none of the staff like attending someone who drops off a parcel. Myhermes has rules for weight and size of parcels, and I took a parcel weighing just 6kg in a good box to them on the evening of the 24th February 2016. The staff member was inconsiderate and rude, not willing to take in my parcel saying that it was too big. At no time did she weigh or measure the parcel. I was disgusted and inconvenienced because I had to look around Swansea in the dark and wet for another point. This staff member had no right to suggest that it would not be collected. Because I had paid for it.
